Taking part in ÍscarCup 2027
When and where is ÍscarCup 2027 played?
On 25, 26 and 27 March 2027 (Easter) in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, at two municipal venues: CDM Ángel Nieto (7 pitches) and CDM Condesa de Chinchón (4 pitches), all artificial turf.
Which age groups take part?
Four 7-a-side age groups: U8 (born in 2019 or later), U9 (2018 or later), U10 (2017 or later) and U11 (2016 or later). There are 92 places in total; U8 and U9 have 16 places each.
How do I register my team?
Tell us your age groups and number of teams (registration form, WhatsApp +34 669 51 51 13 or operaciones@iscarcup.com). We confirm availability and a quote within 24 hours; your place is locked in with the first 30% payment. Registration closes on 1 December 2026, or earlier if the quota is filled.
Can clubs from outside Spain take part?
Yes. ÍscarCup is an international tournament and every group combines seeded clubs, international teams and Spanish teams. We assist clubs in English, Spanish and French.
How do payments work?
In three instalments: 30% to book your place, 40% before the end of the calendar year and 30% one month before the tournament. The deposit is refundable until 30 November 2026; from 1 December 2026 it is non-refundable.
What is included?
Tournament participation, minimum 5 matches, RFFM-appointed referees, welcome pack, fruit and water during competition, a medal for every player, medical insurance, accreditation for all three days and free coaching staff registration.
Is there official accommodation?
Yes: Madrid Airport Suites (Affiliated by Meliá) and Hotel Las Provincias, both with full board, a dining room reserved for teams and accreditation at the hotel. Families can stay in the same hotel as their team. A bus service between hotel and venues is available for teams staying at the official hotels.
Competition
How many matches will my team play?
At least five. Each team plays a single round-robin in its group (Thursday) and moves, according to its position, into the Gold, Silver or Bronze Phase (Friday). No team is knocked out after the group stage and everyone keeps competing until Saturday: semi-finals, finals and ceremony.
Which rules apply?
7-a-side football under RFEF and RFFM rules, with referees appointed by the RFFM. U8: 2 × 12 minutes (semi-finals and Gold final, 2 × 15). U9–U11: 2 × 15 minutes. Maximum squad of 15 per match, unlimited registered players and unlimited rolling substitutions. Ball size 3 (U8) and size 4 (U9–U11).
Where are the Competition Rules published?
The 2027 Competition Rules, with the exact group composition and brackets, are sent in writing to every registered club and published at iscarcup.com.
What documents do players need?
Clubs send the list of participants one month before the tournament. Accreditation is completed with original ID card, passport or federation licence and is valid for all three days.
Is there medical cover?
Yes. Throughout the three days the venues have an ambulance, a doctor and a physiotherapist pitchside, and all players are covered by the organisation’s insurance.
Families and spectators
Can I watch the tournament on TV or online?
MARCA, the tournament’s official media partner, broadcasts the Gold Phase live. In 2026 the broadcast reached 1.6 million views.
Where can I park?
Both venues have public parking areas nearby. Due to the high number of visitors, we recommend arriving early or using public transport.
Are pets allowed at the venues?
Under municipal regulations, pets are not allowed inside the sports facilities, except guide dogs.
